How to Be Happy and Healthy

You know, I found it quite ironic that I was googling ‘baileydawn.com bra size,’ when most of my life I was made fun of for my lack of boobs.  And here I am looking it up on google. 😬

Why?  Well, did you (or do you) have trouble always being focused on your health and fitness goals to move forward?

Yes, I’ve been made fun of most of my life about no boobs, big butt and big thighs but here I am blogging about it, and by God’s strength compete nationally for Figure Competitions.

Nope. Doesn’t make sense, which is why I want to encourage you to love YOUR body exactly where you are and where you are going.  More importantly, to love yourself through each and every phase.

How to Make Changes

Whether it’s drinking less alcohol, cutting out sugar, training for your first race, or your 100th completion… what keeps you making the changes to get better?

Today I was super blessed when Janessa texted me notes from ‘baileydawn.com bra size’ original blog post, that I couldn’t remember the title to.

She literally jotted down the notes of the main points on how to remember making positive changes into a daily practice, for a happier and healthier self. This seriously made my heart so full!
