Tip: Aim for weight training three days a week to hit your entire body, and feel like you don’t need to live in the gym. Tag cardio or ab workouts on at the end of the training session. I prefer one day for legs, one day for chest, shoulders, and triceps, and one day for back and biceps. While training, be sure to be refueling your muscles with BCAA’s.
