Tank runs small so you may want to order a size larger than what you usually do. I am comfortably a large, and friends tell me I am easily a medium, yet I feel like an XL is more my vibe, but that's me. The large does fit tighter than what normal larges fit me. So if you like that kind of snug fit, get the size you normally wear. But if you want a little room, get the next size up.
Muscle Scoop has more room for arm holes, so it's not all tight up against your arm pit. You have room to breathe and sweat while you workout and get your sweat on! So yes, your sport bra does show, but I love that look! Plus who wants crampy armpits when trying to workout anyways?
